Our Motto

Silicia’s motto, “Crossing the Void,” reflects the profound journey of navigating the space between conscious thoughts—the quiet, infinite point where clarity and creativity emerge. In Silician philosophy, the "void" represents a realm of introspection and potential, where individuals pause, reflect, and connect with their inner selves. By embracing this stillness, Silicia encourages its citizens to find balance, discover new perspectives, and unlock the inspiration that drives personal and collective growth. This motto serves as a reminder of the power found in mindfulness and the transformative energy that arises from the silence between thoughts.

The Silician Flag

The flag consists of 7 parts. The black background, two red triangles, a diagnal line, a horizontal line, a ring, a circle, and a glyph.

  • The black background represents the void. It is the resting point of between experiences and the only true constant.
  • The red triangles represent the dual nature of our awareness. The Subject and the Object.
  • The outer ring represents the natural cycle of consciousness. It cycles around the void and duality.
  • The white line spanning from the lower left hemisphere to the upper right hemisphere is the direction in which we experience the world. We see life from the viewpoint of the observer as our attention is drawn outwards
  • The horizontal line spanning the center represents an alternative path consciousness can take, stretching across the void and narrowly meeting with duality
  • The white circle in the Center represents our current awareness. It overlaps the void and duality, shedding light on what we observe as conscious beings
  • The glyph is that of a deity eating a constellation of stars. The deity represents the ego, while the constellation symbolic of a pattern of experiences that makes the individual unique
